How big is your workshop?
how much is the salary for experienced painting guy and the bodykit installer?
Right now currently we have 20 employees, salaries depend on their positions. Remember we do everything here so we have regular mechanics, we have higher qualified mechanics, body men, painter helpers, painter, managers etc…
I hate when people talk about margins. I understand most businesses work that way but we really don’t. With car work its really up to you what to charge and what to make. DO NOT LET A MARGIN choose for you…
